Luke is an amazing trainer - knowledgable, gives you his full energy and attention, inspires you to push yourself, and is so easy to get on with! I wanted PT sessions, a nutrition plan and work out plan. I’m a vegetarian (admittedly picky as well) and travel a lot so was looking for really specific support. He was accommodating with my schedule, came up with a nutrition plan tailored to my needs and continually checked in for feedback.
I love the work out plan he created. I can do it while travelling, it works around/with my old injuries and I know I can stick with it over time which is really important to me - he’s put in variations as well for the next level!
I feel healthier, I feel stronger and I feel happier. I saw immediate results in the first couple of weeks and had a tonne of fun with all of the varied PT sessions (whilst dripping with sweat).
He makes you feel inspired and I know I can reach out any time with questions and for support. Could not be happier - thanks Luke!
